Humans Disturbing Anatomical Sculptures - Xooang Choi - 최수앙 작

It has been a long time since we have posted anything about art.

All we need it was to find something that would propel us to do so....and we found that something in the shocking and beautiful art of Choi Xoo Ang.

Originally from South Korea,Choi Xoo Ang is a mixed media artist that creates figurative sculptures in clay and resin. He isolates and decontextualizes parts of the human body, modifies its proportions to create works that unearth disturbing dark emotions. 
The sculptures have moving expressions usually anger and frustration are written on their faces.
